What does it cost?

How long does set up take?
Standard timeline, from us receiving the completed questionnaire to website and channels being live with one round of revision completed, is one month. Delayed feedback from you will delay delivery date; we ask for feedback within three business days on each delivered element.
How do I get access to everything set up?
From the very beginning, everything will be set up in your name and accessed by your business email address and, where appropriate, two factor authentication attached to your mobile phone.
What happens after handover?
After handover, you'll be in a really solid position to do all your marketing on your own. Your primary channels will be set up, and you'll know how to run them. You'll also have resources to guide you and, depending on the chosen package, support for 30 or 60 days. You won't feel overwhelmed by marketing: you'll have a simple, effective plan and you'll be on the path to figuring out which channels work best for your business.
What if I need more help after handover?
Depending on the package you choose, you'll get email-based support for 30 to 60 days after handover to help build your confidence.
Our philosophy is Keep It Simple: we set up the easiest version of all channels and management tools, so that it's not overwhelming. Training sessions are recorded so you can go back to them anytime, plus you'll get a short playbook full of tips to keep you on track.
